Overcoming The effects of Childhood Bullying

Many parents worry about there child becoming the victim of bullying at school, but what if your child is the bully!  In this world of ‘survival of the fittest’ being a bully may be brushed aside, but this behaviour can have as much of a damaging effect on the bully, as it does on the bully’s victim.  If you’re in the terribly upsetting position of your child exhibiting bullying behaviour or being bullied, the James Holmes Technique will help your child release the underlying anxieties which cause them to behave in this frightening and antisocial way, or in the case of the child being picked on, give them confidence in themselves again so the bully no longer see‘s a victim and leaves them alone.

Bullying, fighting and aggression are serious problem behaviour traits in any child. But of course a bully doesn’t always actually touch their victim.  Mental and verbal bullying is also terrifying to endure.  These actions cause immediate suffering but can also have serious long- term effects.

Many children who have bullied others or have been the target for the bully often do not finish school, there employment prospects are limited and personal relationships may be difficult to establish as they do not have sufficient social skills.  These children may suffer with depression, anxiety and lower achievement at school.  And for the bully, attraction to criminal activities may also become a problem which will follow them into adulthood.

So either way, if your child is the victim of bullying or is bullying another child they both deserve the chance to a happy childhood and so to help them resolve their inner conflict the James Holmes Technique will give them a fresh start.
